We all try to do our best in each category but it seems our lives get so busy to the point where we often times feel like we are coming up short in one or two, or all of these categories. We may start to feel defeated, neglect ourselves or worse criticize ourselves. Have you tried to make changes but can't seem to stay on track. Do you feel stuck with no idea how to change?
